Lillian G. Apodaca

Ms. Apodaca's legal practice is primarily in the areas of construction
law, creditors rights and commercial litigation. She is also a construction
arbitrator and previously practiced in the area of municipal bond law.
Ms. Apodaca is a frequent lecturer on construction law and is active in
community affairs.
